2 dəstə (Hexamerocerata, Tetramerocerata) və 4-6 fəsilədə 500[3] (və ya 715-ə[4]) yaxın növü cəmləşib. Bunların əksəriyyəti tropik və subtropik ölkələrdə yaşayır. Polşada 30-a, Norveçdə isə 15-ə yaxın növü var.
