VI Adrian

VI Adrian (lat. Hadrianus VI; it. Adriano VI; nid. Adrianus/Adriaan VI) və ya Adrian Florenszoon Buyyens van Utrext, Florents Dedal (nid. Adriaan Florenszoon Boeyens; 2 mart 1459, Utrext, Müqəddəs Roma imperiyası – 14 sentyabr 1523, Roma, Papa dövləti) — 1522-ci ildən Roma Papası. O, yeganə holland Papa olmuşdur. VI Adrian əslən Utrextdən idi. O, ilahiyyat professoru, sonra isə Löven Universitetinin rektoru olmuşdur. VI Adrian 1507-ci ildən gələcək imperator V Çarlzın tərbiyəçisi olmuşdur. O, 1516-cı ildə Tortoza yepiskopu, 1516-cı ildə Araqon və Navarra inkvizitoru və 1517-ci ildə oranın kardinalı olmuşdur. Qısa pontifikliyi dövründə VI Adrian uğursuz olaraq Roma kuriyasında islahat aparmağa cəhd etmiş, reformasiyanın yayılmasını məhdudlaşdırmağa, Osmanlı imperiyasına qarşı müdafiə üçün Avropa hökmdarlarını barışdırmaq və birləşdirməyə çalışmışdır.
