Bioqrafiyası
redaktəÇikaqo Universitetində hüquq elmləri doktoru dərəcəsini almışdır (1947). Virciniya Politexnik İnstitutunda (1968–1983), Corc Meyson Universitetində (1983–1987) işləyib. Arizona Universitetində İqtisadiyyat və Siyasi Elmlər professoru (1987-ci ildən). Yeni siyasi iqtisad məktəbinin banilərindən biri.
"İctimai Seçim" Cəmiyyətinin prezidenti (1965). Adam Smit mükafatı laureatı (1993).
