Milli idman növü

Milli idman növü və ya milli əyləncə — hər hansı xalqın və ya ölkənin mədədniyyətinə xas olan idman növü. Bəzi idman növləri de fakto, bəzi idman növləri isə de yure milli idman növü hesab olunur. Məsələn, kriket de fakto ABŞ və İngiltərədə milli idman növü, lakros və buzüstü hokkey isə de yure Kanadanın milli idman növü hesab olunur. Milli idman növlərinin hər hansı ölkədə lazımı səviyyədə oynanılmaya bilər, sadəcə həmin ölkənin mədəniyyətində əhəmiyyətli rol oynaması kifayətdir.
